We use the secure Sadio™ software platform to make it easier for our patients to interact with their health information online. To access your DermUtopia digital file, simply

• Click on the link to Sadio and
• Enter your Username and Password.

You will be able to view your confidential information, including your health profile and notifications from your dermatologist. You also will be able to make appointments online and respond to messages received.

These are the new patient forms, as well as relevant information, such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regarding the use/disclosure of an individual’s health information, that you must read and/or complete before your visit with the doctor.
