What is it?

Chemical Peels remove the top layer of dead, unhealthy skin and allow for new skin cells to grow in. These peels can also unclog pores and help to minimize oil production on the face.

Downtime & Pain Level?

During the procedure you may feeling some tingling and stinging. Most patients note that the pain level is a 1 or a 2, and we provide an electric fan and cool towels to alleviate any of the tingling and stinging.

Your face may be pink after the peel. Redness and peeling typically occurs up to 5 to 7 days after the treatment. After about a week your skin should be improved and peeling, and redness should have subsided.

Before & After Treatment?

Pause all retinol products 5 days before and 5 days after treatment

Avoid excessive sun exposure one week before and one week after treatment

Do not pick at the peeling that occurs on the face

Use gentle cleansers and moisturizers such as CeraVe or Alastin Products
