Filler

What is it?

Fillers are a gel made from hyaluronic acid, which occurs naturally in the body, and they can be injected to revitalize your appearance, and restore loss of volume in various areas of the face. In addition, fillers stimulate our bodies to boost collagen for a younger appearance.

What does it treat?

We use filler to provide volume enhancement to:

  • Tear troughs (hollowed under eyes)
  • Cheeks
  • Lips

Downtime & Pain Level?

Filler takes about 30 minutes to administer, and results are immediately visible. Typical side effects include slight post-procedure bruising, swelling, and redness at the injection site. Bruising and swelling may last up to one week after the procedure. Most people note a pain level of 1 or 2 out of 10 during treatment due to the use of numbing cream and ice in areas treated. Rarely, patients may have an allergic reaction.
